    スキャナー間で異なる色調特性を補正し、染色条件や撮影環境の差を数値化・標準化. 解析の再現性を高める.

  • 免疫多重染色と「マスキング」解析技術
    単一スライド上で母集団とサブセットを同時解析する独自手法を開発. IgG4関連疾患などにおける定量評価の精度向上.

  • 細胞診標本の3D構築とデジタルPapanicolaou染色
    連続切片から立体的に細胞を再構成. デジタル染色で核・細胞質構造を可視化. 細胞診の新しい教育・解析手法を提案.


 

Objective Evaluation of HER2 Amplification and Therapeutic Stratification
Integration of Dual ISH, RNA ISH, and IHC enables AI-based analysis of signal intensity and cellular morphology, allowing visualization of HER2 Low and Ultra-Low subgroups that were previously overlooked by conventional methods.
Digital Pathology Quality Control and Color Calibration
Development of quantitative frameworks to correct inter-scanner color variation and standardize staining and imaging conditions, enhancing reproducibility and reliability of image-based analysis.
Multiplex Immunostaining and “Masking” Analysis Technique
A novel approach that enables simultaneous quantification of mother and subset cell populations on a single slide, improving accuracy of quantitative assessment in conditions such as IgG4-related disease.
3D Reconstruction and Digital Papanicolaou Staining of Cytology Specimens
Three-dimensional reconstruction of serial cytology sections combined with digital staining techniques allows visualization of nuclear and cytoplasmic architecture, proposing a new framework for cytological education and morphometric analysis.
